Ceroc nights have a great format so no matter which of our venues you choose you'll be guaranteed a fantastic night out.

Beginners Class

• We always start with a beginners class lasting around 45 minutes. There are 19 beginners moves in total and each week you will be taught 4 fun moves linked together into a fabulous beginners routine. Over a 6 week period you will learn all of the beginners moves in different combinations which will give you the confidence to move to the intermediate class. As the beginner moves provide the basics for all other moves even when you move to the intermediate calss we would recomend that you continue to join in with the beginners class each week.

First Freestyle

• The end of the beginners class blends seamlessly into a thirty minute freestyle session when the main lights are replaced by a sea of colour as the DJ plays fantastic dance tracks for you. This is your chance to practice what you have just learnt. Grab a Taxi Dancer to help you along and use this time to practice the routine you have just learnt. Or you can relax, get a drink and make new friends. This isn’t the end of the night for our Beginners because after the freestyle we will dance the CEROC moves again with you in a separate room, so you will really know how to CEROC!. See Beginner’s Revision class (Below), and remember that the later ‘Freestyle’ is also for you to practice too.

Intermediate Class

• Immediately after our first freestyle dance we have an intermediate class. This class is aimed at those of you who have completed at least six or more Beginners classes. An ability to dance all the beginners moves is needed when you start to learn our intermediate moves as these provide the basic framework for all other moves. Each week you will learn a variation of a beginners move, a "classic" move followed by a further 2 intermediate moves. You will find that the pace of this class is a little quicker than the beginners class so don't worry if you don't remember all of the moves at first. The teacher is always available after the class if you want to run through anything your unsure of.

Beginners Revision Class

• During our intermediate class, immediately following our first freestyle, we have a beginner’s revision class. In a separate room, our Taxi Dancers will again take you through the CEROC moves you have just learnt. They will ensure that you understand your new moves, so when you take to the dance floor for our second Freestyle of the evening, you will be ready to CEROC!

Second Freestyle

• As our intermediate class finishes, the main freestyle dance session starts. The lights dim again as you are bathed in swathes of colour, cool music and dance. Our DJ will play the hottest tracks for you to dance to, some fast, some slow and some sexy! It is pure dance addiction!  We select the best tracks for you to CEROC to and the music will just keep on coming! If you are new to CEROC, try out your new moves on our more experienced dancers or ask our CEROC teacher or demonstrator. It is perfectly acceptable for ladies to ask gentlemen to dance, so go for it! The more you dance the quicker you will progress and did we tell you...It’s addictive!
