CEROC is the fastest growing dance phenomenon in the country. This fusion of Jive and Salsa is easy to learn, sociable and fun, and can be danced to any music with a regular beat. CEROC has it’s roots in France (the word itself is an abbreviation of “C’ est le roc”) and also in the 1940’s but is now very much a dance of today and tomorrow. Although there are more CEROC moves than days of the year, learning just a few will make you look better than most! CEROC DJ's play music ranging from blues, swing, 50's - 90's and of course current chart hits. A CEROC evening provides a great way to meet people, have fun and keep fit at the same time.
