Regular nights are scheduled as follows:
Regular Nights nights on a Monday run from 7:30 - 10:45pm.
Doors open 7:30pm.
Beginners Class 7:45pm - 8:30pm
Intermediate Class 9:00 - 9:30pm (and beginners practice session in another room while the intermediate class is on)
Freestyle till 10:45pm
Freestyles (See Freestyles Page) run as follows:
Doors open 7:45pm
Freestyle until midnight.
