This workshop will ensure that your freestyle has that extra pizzazz!
You’ll learn how to do a range of Dips, Leans & Seducers safely and
with lots of style. Technique is all important when doing these types
of moves and the teacher will ensure that you have covered a range of
safety points.

Nottingham Community Centre is situated on the east side of Nottingham about a mile from Nottingham Racecourse. In Nottingham follow sign posts to Nottingham Racecourse and continue past it on Daleside Road East (A612). At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Vale Road. The Colwick Community Centre is on your right after 100 yards. Turn right into the car park. All our Workshops and speciality classes can be booked easily online by clicking the 'Book now' button below. You will be taken to our secure online booking system to confirm your workshop place..
