This
fabulous workshop has been designed to really notch your dancing up a
stage. Four key beginners moves, The First Move, Yoyo,
Basket and Catapult will form the basis for the twelve intermediate
variations you will learn. All of the moves are infinitely
freestyleable and will add depth and variety to your dancing. We’ll
also
be focusing on Connection, Lead and Follow to make sure then men
are leading effectively and that the ladies learn to follow rather than
anticipate! At the end of this workshop you will find that the
intermediate class becomes much less daunting and you’ll have a toolkit
of techniques that you’ll use week in week out at your regular class or
freestyle night.

Nottingham Community Centre is situated on the east side of Nottingham about a mile from Nottingham Racecourse. In Nottingham follow sign posts to Nottingham Racecourse and continue past it on Daleside Road East (A612). At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Vale Road. The Colwick Community Centre is on your right after 100 yards. Turn right into the car park.
